The main photo was chopped not to show the complete damage, instead written description stated"only a small chip" in the star. Instead the portion of the star that held the thread was broken & unable to hang ornament. When I asked to return the item; I was given a lengthy reason why I was wrong & that I must have not read the description or looked at the photos. This was only a $15.02 transaction. I would have hoped you would have messaged me prior to purchasing with your concerns. This could all have been avoided.
