However, after a week this never arrived and tracking still shows it in progress. I got a partial refund in the end. The seller was very polite, apologetic and did everything to make things right. I understand these things can happen especially around the busy Christmas period. I am giving them 5 stars for excellent customer service and speedy dispatch and would still recommend.
