The seller was very gracious and refunded my money immediately when I brought it to their attention. The original box was securely shipped in a second box, shipping was very reasonable and fast! The appearance was exactly as shown and described. Shipping and delivery was very expedient. Zero issues with any damages to item(s). The Blu-Ray/DVD was packaged exceptionally well and well protected. I am very pleased with the seller; recommend the seller unto others for shopping; and would definitely and absolutely buy again from the seller in the future!
