The seller was outstanding: kind, responsive, and very attentive throughout the whole process. However, the shipping experience with UPS was terrible! It took forever, UPS lost the package at one point, and the overall service was a complete disaster. Besides the very expensivs shipping cost. None of this was the seller’s fault! I would avoid UPS at all costs from now on.
