The item ended up having some damage that the seller overlooked, but the issue was addressed quickly and kindly. Taking responsibility says a lot about the quality of seller. The item arrived folded the same way as the photos, so I can see where it could easily be an honest mistake. The situation is unfortunate, but it was still pleasant overall.

The item was truly better than described I feel like. Lastly the seller took my offer which was so nice of her…so the value was well worth it. I got a bunch of extra lil goodies, which again v nice of the seller to do. 10/10 would buy again/would recommend. Got this purse for my gf for her birthday and I know she’s gonna love it!
