Unfortunately, when I arrived home, I could see the box had been opened and my beautiful necklaces were stolen! I am very sad and it has happened before and also again! I have to rethink what to do about deliveries! The Seller was wonderful and upset by this, as well! Very nice Seller! Thank you!

I notified the seller immediately and she responded within minutes, apologized the item arrived damaged, and instantly refunded $12. I told her I wanted to keep the dish and requested a partial refund. The speed of her communication and partial refund was totally impressive and appreciated.
