However, after buying a separate charger (as noted in the listing), the watch still didn’t power on. I reached out to the seller and they kindly accepted the return and issued a refund. I do wish there had been some gesture to offset the extra cost of the charger, given the item didn’t work, but overall the seller handled the situation professionally. Recommended!

Description said it was new, however it was missing the battery and the back plate. I spoke with the seller and he offered me a partial refund. We came to a fair amount and it was refunded to my account. The seller is very friendly and understanding of the issue. Will definitely purchase from him again if he has an item I want. The package arrived in a timely manner and was packed in the box well. I give this seller 5 stars. Thank you!! *****

The seller was responsive to questions. The problem I have is with USPS. It may be just my bad luck, but this is the 2nd order using Ground Advantage that has taken longer than it should have. The first an item came from NJ and took 3 weeks to get to me.
