You can't picture every surface level scratch from being an old console). It was packaged well, and came with everything the seller said it would come with. Shipped fast. I have to wait until Christmas but I definitely can hear the product with in the box when I shake it. I appreciate the seller sharing all the information that I needed to know through our communication. That's always a key factor when purchasing any product. The package arrived super early.
