The internal foam of the mic was disintegrated, causing issues. Customer Service was good: fast response and enough of a refund that I’m happy. Given foam is a common issue with RE20’s, quality check may not be very thorough. At the end I got a very good price and can handle the repair myself. Someone not able to do minor repairs would’ve had more trouble with this particular order, but their customer service seems to be great.

The items where securerly packed and in very nice condition. Shipping was a bit on the pricy side, but fast. This is a professional ebayer, would but from them any time.
