When we opened up the box, there was the center grill grate broken and soon as I contacted the seller, they immediately replied to me, within 5 minutes and gave me 2 options and I wanted a replacement and they immediately ordered a new one and it was sent within 3 days. This seller is serious about their business and ships products fast and will help you quickly. Name brand products at a great price. Highly recommend them

We finally had it installed today, and it works brilliantly! Thank you for your communication and help. We had ordered a Cafe rangetop from GE but the order was postponed for months during middle of kitchen remodel due to it being out of stock. We immediately went to eBay and found you and your rangetop. We actually got a new rangetop in perfect condition for half the price. Was a little worried after I ordered because I went back and read some reviews of the seller-most were positive but there were a few that said orders got canceled or other issues - I have no complaints on the seller - blower was just like the pictures posted by the seller - I am happy with this purchase!
