As the seller stated, there is no such thing as a "triggering a 30 day eBay clock". I've now received 3 pre-orders from this seller and have had zero issues. Each pre-order came sealed and double boxed exactly as described. The seller always responded to any questions that I had within a timely manner.

There is no such thing as a "eBay 30 day clock". Sellers on eBay can refund buyers far beyond 40 business days after delivery. eBay pre-order listings are different than regular eBay listings. Tell me how the negative reviews on this account state "I got a full refund from the seller" and they're still complaining.
