The seller rectified it with next day delivery of the correct charger. Its never about issues for me its always about resolutions and this was perfect thank you very much. Packing was great as a laptop it was in a airbag in a box so arrived in expected condition and over all great value service

If you're short on cash or are considering a new cheap laptop, do yourself a favour and get a refurb from this guy, you'll get a lot more for your money. I had a small technical issue and the seller was quick to respond and diagnosed the problem straight away. 10/10 ebayer would definitely recommend

Late arriving & no reliable tracking - supposedly due to errors with DHL systems which somehow defaults to falsifying delivery as successful & tracking on DHL website differs from ebay which in itself is extremely concerning.
