Due to this the shade was also dented. Opened a return which they accepted but took 5 days to issue a returns label which was done at 1130pm 30 minutes before could ask eBay to step in! No apology, infact no communication at all. Worst business ever dealt with on eBay! The only communication from you was to open a return through ebay which was accepted immediately and your refund was processed promptly once it was received!!

Contacted seller as bulb seemed to flicker on first touch then come on fully on 2nd touch. Prompt reply from seller who explained it sounded like we weren't using a dimmable bulb.
