The seller rectified it with next day delivery of the correct charger. Its never about issues for me its always about resolutions and this was perfect thank you very much. Packing was great as a laptop it was in a airbag in a box so arrived in expected condition and over all great value service

If you're short on cash or are considering a new cheap laptop, do yourself a favour and get a refurb from this guy, you'll get a lot more for your money. I had a small technical issue and the seller was quick to respond and diagnosed the problem straight away. 10/10 ebayer would definitely recommend

It was dispatched and delivered really quickly. I must also mention that the packaging was exemplary, practically bomb proof! ( ... probably the best packaged eBay item I've ever received.) After receipt of the computer I needed to contact the seller for some additional info and received a very prompt reply. A very positive experience, totally recommended!
