I sent a message to Bluecybercow with a photo. With no hesitation they responded immediately and I was given a apology was given a mutual agreed partial refund to obtain the correct charger. Definitely would buy again. Thank you

It was dispatched and delivered really quickly. I must also mention that the packaging was exemplary, practically bomb proof! ( ... probably the best packaged eBay item I've ever received.)
