They were the second seller, from which I ordered, but were first to ship and first to arrive. The item was shipped exactly as described with part numbers clearly stated, and it did not match the part they needed. We still accepted the return, but the item was sent back in an empty box with no packing material, which caused it to be damaged in transit back to us. We always work with our buyers when returns are handled properly.
