    Item arrived with a damaged jewel case i.e. snapped bottom hinge! The seller responded promptly to my message regarding the matter, and I don't doubt for a moment that the item was despatched in the condition described. But I do think that the packaging used wasn't appropriately robust enough for transit! The seller offered a refund including return shipping costs but I try to avoid this due to personal circumstances, therefore I retained the CD. Positive feedback given because of good CS.

    Really good seller. I have bought from him before and have always been pleased. The CD's were as described and at a very good price. Because I bought 3 CD's I asked if I the postage could be reduced and the seller obliged. I am very pleased with my purchases and would buy from him again and would recommend him to others.
