I contacted the seller, just letting her know because the item is gone by someone. However, without hesitation, she fully refunded my money: although the seller got nothing but lost her item + money. I am SO touched by her kindness & her efforts. Truly, thank you VERY much, Rachel!!!"

Finally got around to installing product on my Sierra on Saturday and am impressed at the literal new condition with zero scratches on product. - Would definitely do business again with this seller if something else I am interested in was offered up for sale by this seller.
