When I contacted the buyer to inform them and offered to ship it back to them. I requested the original missing unit. They responded quickly and offered to ship it. And then explained they could not find it. And now I am unable to get a refund for the missing unit. The shipping and packaging was good. Everything originally arrived un damaged.
