The seller issued me a refund immediately when I let them know and sent them the information. So even though I didn't receive my item my experience was still good.

I have received may packages in just a bubble mailer and it's a mixed bag. It mostly come down to luck if your item comes crushed or unharmed. The item was exactly as described. Thanks
