They should just mention if you don’t have a dock need liftgate that they have another item you are required to purchase. It would allow you to compare the shipping and handling fairly. This guy is not at the yard and the people at the yard communicate well and apologized that it was not clearly put into their items.

Don't get me wrong I could have used a few close up pics of the actual item to calm my doubts! I even contacted seller with a question and got a rapid response.
