I would not describe this phone as “excellent” but it is definitely a quality item for the price. Not perfect but hard to beat. Outside of cosmetics, it functions as intended.

The battery was at 84%, all features were operational, and the cosmetics were excellent. * The only issue I had was that the phone would not charge when I first plugged it in. I gave the Lightning Port a thorough cleaning and removed a bunch of lint, which fixed that problem. Based on this experience, I recommend this seller. But they should clean Lightning Ports before shipping.

Item was listed as “excellent” quality, but I would disagree given the scratch on the front display and in the chassis. I’d say it’s “very good”. iOS was saying the battery needs to be serviced, but that is to be expected given the phones age.

All of the phones we have ever purchased including this one was in better condition than described! Why pay $1200 for a phone you can get for $200 or less?? Shipping was done through FedEx and it came in 2-3 days!! The phones was packed in a nice box so it wouldn't be damaged in transport and it even came with a new charger and wall plug. I submitted the return request and had a return label in less than 24 hours and a credit was applied to my account as soon as they got the earbuds back. Top notch customer service.
