- s***0 (71)- Votos emitidos por el comprador.Últimos 6 mesesCompra verificadaI purchased the wrong item and contacted the seller for return which was no problem but when the seller received the product said that the packing was dented and that i used the product and tried to cover it and return only 50% which is a complete lie since i opened the shipping bag just to insert the return slip, and closed the bag with tape, attached the return label and i didnt even took the product out of the bag. I always take care of my buyers to the best of my ability. If the product is shipped back to me in a way that I can not sell it, I loose my full money. Some do not understand that if a product is used, weather it be a sample (which cost me $$), or a product not packed properly & causes dents to the boxes ( bad enough that I would never sell it). I am out the money. If people are returning products they should do so properly
