There was a slight problem with it but I contacted their technical support and we able to resolve it. The board boots up quickly and an Intel i5 - 4570 and 4 x 2 GB of RAM were recognized. It boots SATA HDD's, SATA SSD's and USB flash drives with Linux Mint installed. The USB, Ethernet, Audio, VGA and HDMI ports all work. I am happy with the purchase and would buy from the seller again.

The particular Optiplex that I ordered was the best value I could find as well.

So I sought out the seller to attempt and exchange or a refund. The seller responded quickly and did everything they could to: (1) troubleshoot functionality of the product, (2) accept exchange of the product when troubleshooting was still unsatisfactory.
