My order shipped within a day and arrived within two. The shifters arrived in standard shimano plastic bags, are new/unused and include new ss cables. They even have the Shimano hangtag still attached. Very sweet deal for this shifter set and I'm extremely happy with my purchase. Definitely going to keep this seller on my radar for any other items I might be able to snatch up for an unbeatable price. Had to have one custom made. No help from Cannondale tech team. Build time was delayed.
