I contacted seller and his response was condescending. To his credit, his item description did list a bunch of extra caveats that I missed, but after I told him I didn't appreciate his condescending response, he calls me rude and said if I leave a negative review, he will leave a negative review for me. He is unprofessional, petty, and an awful seller. I recieved my item. The guy is aggressive and has NO interest in solving a buyers problem. There is an option to purchase tracking on our orders. If the order is below the cost of $10 you can buy the tracking option at check out so you can see where your order is. If you do not purchase tracking, then it is at the mercy of the USPS to get your order to you without anyone knowing where it is. We print are orders and ship them out within 3 days of every purchase. It is stated in the description that it can take 12 to 14 days for the USPS to make the deliveries.
