Although the lamp was wrapped with bubble wrap, there was some damage to the inside of the lampshade. The seller was very quick to respond and make it right. They are extremely expensive, and been hard to find with the lid, whichis the key. I was thrilled to find this for her. My dad said the seller did a remarkable job of packing it. Shipping was reasonably fast, and its exactly as described. He said she cant wait to use it. It really made her day, thank you.
