When item was delivered there was a broken part in the box no fault of the seller they sent out a replacement the same day for next day delivery. Top marks for your customer service team.

I spend over 5 hours calling and chasing this company to no avail. I wouldn't use DX delivery company if they were the last delivery company on planet earth. From the driver to their customer care was a joke 🤣

Appearance same as advert. Shame about the botched delivery. Eventually had it delivered by an obnoxious evri driver, who couldn't wait for me to get to the door,I questioned why he had put it over the fence next to the garage he said well you can always walk round the back and get it. I have a hundred deliveries to do today. Not a very nice person. The delivery 4 days late.
