Part of my item was missing upon delivery, but I reached out to them, they responded quickly, and shipped out the missing item also quickly. I received the full order. Only tip I’d leave for improvement would be to put a little love into the packaging. Sure you can just throw something in a bag, it’ll get there undamaged and that’s ok. But many sellers go the extra mile and will gift wrap an item/leave a little note saying thank you, something personal like that is always nice.
