When I requested to return the item, the seller refunded my money and didn’t have me return it because it was ruined because of the oil stain. That was beyond what I expected because I expected to have to package it and take it back to the post office to get the refund. Her hair is a lovely cloud, and her gown is magnificent. I am thrilled with this beautiful doll. The doll and her original box were surrounded by bubble wrap, and packing paper, and were shipped in a very sturdy box. both arrived in pristine condition. The care taken with the design of this lovely doll is impressive. The price was marvelous, and shipping was free.
