As soon as they received my item the refund was issued straight away. Excellent customer service. Good price, bigger size than a usual file box, but sadly bad scratches on the back of the box.

However, I have nothing but praise for the seller, who responded very quickly to my message reporting the non-delivery, and refunded my money without question. As the fault is with the courier (Royal Mail) and not the seller, I have no hesitation in recommending him and would certainly buy from him again.
