This Anthology is a collection of writings, illustrations, reminiscences and reflections put together by Paul Crompton, who for twenty-two years was editor of the first martial arts magazine in England, K.O.A or 'Karate & Oriental Arts'. He was in an unique position to see the panorama of martial arts, the rise of Kung Fu and the spread of the message of Jeet Kune Do, Lee's own 'style' from an insider's point of view. For many the book will be a walk down memory lane. For others it will be an eye-opener.
