Seller was responsive, professional, and friendly when notified. Seller agreed to send a replacement case at a later date, when one became available, and has stuck to that informal agreement. The prices on the Etnia frames are some of the lowest you'll find anywhere and I wouldn't hesitate to order from this seller again. Item was exactly as described.

Fast shipping, good packaging. I’ve saved this seller because of the large inventory and easy communication. It is difficult to find the right frame shape and size at Costco.
