It's exactly as described and shown in the photos, and very meaningful to my historic home in a Nationally Registered Historic neighborhood! These are hard to find, so the price is good considering the vintage 1932 directory. It was wonderfully packaged to ensure no damage, and the shipping was a bargain too. Thank you so much!

USPS had said in its Tracker that I would receive by 9PM on Thursday. I knew that was not possible. But, fortunately, was not in a big hurry for it. It's just as pictured, and I'm very pleased with it. Know some about its history, now want to find out when it was made \, and what company manufactured the step box. Great seller.
