They need to tell them that you go by size and it’s only about five dollars to ship something like this not eight and 10 $11 like other people I bought 28 pair of the sandals I have CRPS in both feet. That’s why I bought so many.

So, although I was disappointed in the pottery, seller was honest and fair in handling the return promptly.
