Everything was securely and carefully packaged. Unfortunately, the console was faulty (no fault on the seller) and I reached out to do a return but they offered to give me another console at no extra cost! The new console works perfectly and they graciously included a couple of games for the inconvenience. Best customer service, very reliable, very communicative.
