The felt is very sturdy for the cats to scratch. Nice gray color and doesn't appear to pick up dirt or cat fur. I really like this product.

Book dove right in within moments of getting it out (and ignored the box!). Kaylee was more hesitant, but she enjoys it even more. By the next day, she was lying on her side next to it, holding on with all four paws and "walking" round and round it, sliding sideways across the floor. It's a great product, and well worth the money. Thank you!

Even though it didn't say on here he sent it after three days of purchasing it. So i got worried about him not sending it, so i contacted him and he replied with information I asked for and the shipping number for USPS and it came in the day he said it will arrived it came in as shown and i love the backpack not to small not to overly big but it came in excellent unused condition would recommend this seller.
