I contacted the seller immediately & was told a replacement was going to be sent. After 2 weeks with no tracking #, I contacted the seller again & was told it had slipped her mind & she would mail me another plate & tracking info shortly. Needless to say I had to place a claim. I was refunded a portion of the funds not the replacement plate . I'll now have to order another plate & hope it arrives in time.
