To my amusement, it appeared to be brand new and in great shape except for minor wear on the corner. It appears to be brand new. It started up and in short time loaded the Windows 11 and apps. Very impressed with seller for the value of this laptop and shipping.

The shipment was carefully and professionally packed. Delivery wad very quick. the wife dongle was a bit bent and they sent me a new one. good value for not much money. The desktop looks great and almost like new. i would buy from them again and i strongly recommend this seller

The item itself is brand new, as advertised and has amazing picture. I wish I had paid attention to the adapters, since I needed HDMI and VGA was sent. But I was able to purchase an adapter for $5, so issue easily solved. The quality of the picture is amazing. Will buy from seller again if I see something I need at
