One of the games I ordered was defective before it shipped, BUT! There was a note on my packing slip that said once the seller received another copy it would be shipped to me! I even got an extra game to make up for it! Now to me that’s top notch service lol. The condition of the console was excellent and the quality of the games and controller was perfect. No scratches, all games and controller worked flawlessly!
