When I called the bed company they said that the remote was no longer available and I would have to purchase a new control box in order to get a working remote. The remote itself was unavailable anywhere when I checked. This was an ideal solution. Repair was very easy. Thanks!!

What a deal for the price. I had looked al over the internet for a replacement remote and couldn't even find one, but this was even better.

Thought I would have to spend several hundred or thousand dollars to either replace the base or the whole bed but this guy manged to get my remote working for around $50. Communication was very good, looked at the pics I sent and he let me know it was fixable. Also, explained how the "order" and "shipping" worked and turnaround time was fairly quick, about 3 weeks for me to send the remote, him to fix and send back.
