The Sales team called me the next day after purchase to follow-up with questions and go over how the delivery process works. Even with a slight issue the Sales team where easily reachable and rectified the issue to ensure my TV came next working day, which it did. TV is emasculate and the price was an absolute bargain! The seller agreed to a partial refund, which resolved the issue for me.
