This seller had a very honest/fair price (I purchased 3), decent shipping charges (we all know that is getting more expensive; no complaints with the seller), and fast turn-around. The total cost was even less than I would have been charged from the manufacturer. A+++

Both packages were sealed. One item packet contained the correct parts... no problems. The second packet was marked with the correct part number, but KOHLER included the wrong filter. I was able to beaver around and find a filter that worked, but it was a hassle. I view the mix up a KOHLER problem, not the Seller.
