We asked the customer to return the damaged item (we have free returns) for either a refund or replacement. They stated it was not worth it because it was only a $3 item. Not quite understanding that response, as anything shipped can arrive damaged. Also, they contacted us "looking" for their parcel complaining they hadn't received it. However, according the the tracking information, they received the package on time.

Shipping was prompt however I felt that 50% of the items price was a bit steep, especially for such a small and light item. The shipping charges for USPS are the same regardless if the package weighs 1 ounce or up to 4 ounces (the first tier).
