I informed the seller to let them know. I had no intentions of returning and wanted to try to fix the problems with the item myself, hopefully with some seller advice. The seller responded offensively and aggressively, insulting me and swearing at me. I have NEVER been treated this way before and it was shocking. Buyer was treated fairly, was not spoken to in an offensive nor aggressive way. Long time online seller, not new to the re-negotiation game.
