There was two places in the box where it had come through but did not have any part damaged. Thanks for the deal on the part through all of this, I received the part that I wanted.

They accidentally sent me 29 hooks logging chain hooks, when I had only ordered 24. 10 count were the style that I had ordered, the rest were a different style. Instead of requiring me to ship them back, they just refunded me for all except the 10 that were correct. Meaning I got to keep 19 count that were slightly different for free, I'll make use of them. They are blue & look to be in good shape, just like the photos. I contacted the seller and they instantly made it right and sent the 2nd 1, excellent customer service, will definitely buy from again and got a great deal. Everything was exactly as described, thanks guys! Great looking, brand new, high quality product.
