I am in USA and they are in UK so shipping was about 3weeks. I messaged them to inquire about 2 days before it arrived an they responded within a few hours. The customer service was great and the long shipping is not their fault, it just is what it is. Fair price, order as described. Combined shipping is easy, and each individual listing arrives in its own ziplock bag so it is easy to confirm I have all the pieces I ordered. Boxes are well sealed so that no pieces fall out, which again the ziplock bags help with. If you are looking for bits for kitbashing or replacement pieces, I can easily recommend this seller.
