Unfortunately for the last 4 years sellers have gotten wise and are always saying send us a picture, knowing full well most of us do not have the money to buy that equipment, or the know how to use it so we the buyer lose our money. I do not have money to buy things twice. It happened with this seller. Save your money and blood pressure with this seller. Also eBay is wise. You used to be able to call them now you cannot call.

I spoke with the seller, and they agreed to refund my money if I returned the product. However, it's difficult for me because I sent it to a cousin in the Dominican Republic, and it's very difficult and expensive for them to ship it from there to the United States. So, I want to know if there's another way to get my money back without having to resend the product?
