When I opened the box the vacuum was in the vacuum had never been used. I am so thrilled to have this. I had anticipated a used machine since description didn't say. This was so much better. Attachment kit also unused. Exceptional value. I am unbelievably happy. I whole heartedly recommend this seller. But as far as communication, 1 star because i asked a question about internals and keys prior to purchase and heard nothing back from seller.
