The seller of this tag actually spent time ringing me personally to make sure I had the right details on the engraving due to me forgetting a detail .this is such great care of the seller and when the tag arrived it was perfect the picture is lovely and looks like our doggie and the back of the tag is really shiny with perfect engraving I couldn't have asked for a better service Thankyou .
